We know you can have a lot of questions when it comes to booking a holiday, and we want to reassure you on the whole process. On each property, we have tried to provide as much specific property detail as possible from detailed walk-throughs to amenity lists all to put your minds at ease. However, for those other FAQs please see below.
Our FAQs list is constantly evolving to address as many frequently asked questions as possible.
Can I do an online food shop to be delivered at the house?
Yes, you can, however we do ask that you select your delivery time for once you have entered the property this is usually either 4 or 5pm depending upon your particular property.
Can I get an earlier check in time?
Unfortunately no, these are set for the housekeepers to do a thorough clean and turn the property over ready for your arrival.
I am a returning customer, how do I get my returning customer discount applied?
To get the returning customer discount you need to enter our returning customer discount code when placing your booking. If you’ve agreed to be contacted by us, then returning customer discount code will be in our newsletters to you and in all our ‘thank you’ emails you receive after you’ve had a stay with us. The code can also be found in guest log-in. It cannot be applied post booking.
Once we have received your booking, our staff will double check your information to ensure you are a returning customer. It is important to book with the same name and email for our system to flag this up. If you have recently changed your name (married/divorced) and or moved address, please note any previous booking numbers you may have in the comments section for us to find your old bookings.
You used to be Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings, now you are Anglesey Holiday Lettings, have you merged?
No, we haven’t merged, or acquired any other business. Our name has simply changed to encompass our business growth and to bring in all our properties that reside outside of Rhosneigr into our brand and family. We are still the same business, ethos and friendly faces.
Since I made my booking I now have a dog, can I add this to my booking?
Yes, only if you have booked a pet-friendly holiday home. If you have simply go to Guest Login, find your booking, click on option and extras and then add pet-premium. If you have booked a non-pet-friendly property please call the office and we can look to move you into a pet-friendly property if one is available.
I am a local business, how do I look to become a featured partner?

Can I get more information about gift vouchers?
Of course!
How it works:
We will provide a personalised holiday gift voucher with your chosen message and for the amount you’d like to gift. The voucher can be redeemed at any of our holiday properties on Anglesey, at any time of the year.
The gift voucher will include a timeframe within which they need to book, which we will confirm with you when you purchase.
How to purchase:
Simply email jamie@anglesey-hl.co.uk with the amount you’d like, who the gift is for, and any message and we will send you the voucher with all details filled in.
T&C’s:
- The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
- The gift voucher is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
- If a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

What are Ty Capel Bach Competition T&C's?
1- The promoter is: Anglesey Holiday Lettings Ltd whose registered office is at The Shop, Llys Llewlyn, Aberffraw, LL63 5AQ
2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Anglesey Holiday Lettings and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3- There is no entry fee, however, to enter the competition a booking must be placed with the unique code as stated in the door drop.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Only one entry will be accepted per booking.
6- Closing date for entry will be July 31st 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11- The prize is as follows: a 3-night break at Ty Capel Bach September 14th to September 17th and a free Swellies Rib Ride. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
13- The winner will be notified by email and or phone within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Anglesey Holiday Lettings. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
