Maintenance

We are seeking a time served tradesperson (plumber, joiner, electrician etc) that is looking for an escape from self-employment or is ready for semi-retirement. Join our team in a permanent contracted role and put your expertise to work in maintaining our beautiful holiday homes.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our holiday homes. From general maintenance tasks to conducting routine inspections, your expertise will be essential in providing our guests with a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will utilise your current skills and also assist with the general upkeep of our properties.

Requirements:
– Work independently
– Prioritise tasks effectively
– Thorough, with good attention to detail
– Proactive approach to problem-solving

You will be customer facing so communication skills are a must, as is a good sense of humour!
